Safe in the Kingdom: We will reign with Christ

 The saints will “reign with Christ.” It’s a royal calling in Christ’s coming kingdom. Believers will not merely watch Jesus rule; they will participate in his righteous administration on earth. With glorified bodies, free from sin, fatigue, fear, and discouragement, the saints will serve joyfully under the perfect King. They may rule, judge, teach, represent Christ among the nations, and help display what justice, worship, education, mercy, and government look like when the world is finally ordered under the Messiah’s authority. In that day, Jesus will reign from Jerusalem, the nations will be taught his ways, and his people will share in the visible glory of his kingdom.
