He promises his people, \u201cFear not, for I am with you\u2026 I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you.\u201d\u00a0He is the first and the last, the Alpha and Omega, the same phrase Jesus uses of himslef in Revelation 1:8 and 22:13.
